Overview

The ANCHOR Membership Program applies to purchases made through ANCHOR’s official online and offline stores (unless otherwise specified).
Membership tiers are determined based on confirmed purchase amounts within the most recent 12-month rolling period.
The program is designed not merely as a rewards system, but as an access-based community experience centered around originality, culture, and long-term brand value.
Higher tiers include all benefits of lower tiers.

Membership Structure

Tier qualification is based on confirmed net purchases within the most recent 12-month rolling period.
(Net purchase amount excludes discounts, coupons, redeemed points, shipping fees, and gift cards.)
Points are accumulated according to each tier’s earning rate.

- 240,000 accumulated points

Tier Evaluation & Adjustment

Membership tiers are continuously evaluated based on confirmed purchases within the most recent 12-month rolling period.
If a Member does not maintain the required purchase threshold within 12 months of qualification, the tier will automatically adjust based on actual spending.
Tier upgrades apply once purchase confirmation is completed.
Higher tiers retain all privileges of lower tiers.

Points Policy

Points are credited upon purchase confirmation
Points cannot be exchanged for cash
Points used in canceled orders may be reinstated
Points earned from returned items will be deducted
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of accrual unless otherwise stated

ANCHOR reserves the right to adjust point policies with prior notice.

Events & Exclusive Access

Exclusive Events are invitation-based or RSVP-based and may vary by tier.
Attendance capacity and guest allowance are determined per event and communicated separately.
Certain limited products may include tier-based priority access.
Event details may change depending on brand collaborations and operational considerations.

Membership Integrity & Restrictions

ANCHOR reserves the right to downgrade membership status or restrict benefits without prior notice in cases including, but not limited to:

Use of automated purchasing systems or multiple accounts
Resale-oriented bulk purchasing
Abuse of returns or exchanges
Behavior negatively impacting other customers
Verbal abuse or misconduct toward staff or customers

General Terms

Membership status and benefits are non-transferable.
Upon account deletion, all points and tier status will be forfeited.
ANCHOR may modify membership structure, benefits, or policies with prior notice when necessary.
This policy complies with applicable e-commerce and consumer protection laws.
