Article 1: Return Application Period

  • The buyer may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The basic return period of this shopping mall is 7 days.

Article 2: Restrictions on Returns and Exchanges

  • If the product is lost or damaged due to the buyer's responsibility
  • If the value of the product has decreased due to wearing, use, washing, repair, contamination, etc.
  • If the product tag, label, packaging is damaged or components are missing, making resale impossible
  • If the value of the product has decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
  • Custom-made products, hygiene-related products, sale/outlet products, limited quantity drop products, and products clearly marked as Final Sale
  • However, in case of product defect or wrong delivery, the above restrictions do not apply.

Article 3: Final Sale Policy

  • Limited quantity drop products, custom-made products, and sale products may be operated as Final Sale to protect brand value and maintain price stability.
  • Products clearly marked as Final Sale may have restricted exchanges and returns.

Article 4: Buyer's Reason Return and Cost Processing

  • Due to the nature of international shipping, shipping costs, customs duties, payment fees, and processing costs are already incurred at the time of product shipment and are difficult to recover.
  • For returns due to buyer's reasons, 25% of the payment amount will be deducted as processing fee.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping costs are not subject to refund.

Article 5: Refund Processing Procedure

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date the returned product arrives at the seller and inspection is completed.
  • The actual reflection time of the refund amount depends on the policy of the financial institution or card company that provided the payment method.

Article 6: Shipping Method and Region

Products from this shopping mall are shipped from overseas and delivered through international express or international postal service.

Article 7: Shipping Period and Delay

Delivery is in principle within 7-10 business days after payment is completed.

Article 8: Customs Clearance and Taxes

For overseas shipping products, customs-related costs such as customs duties and VAT may occur, and these are the buyer's responsibility.

Article 9: Definition of Delivery Completion

  • Delivery is considered complete when the delivery tracking system shows 'Delivered' status.
  • The company is not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after delivery is completed, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the company.
