Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Nineties Access Corporation (hereinafter "the Company") and users in connection with the e-commerce services (hereinafter "the Services") provided through the ANCHOR online store (anchorshop.kr, anchorshop.co.kr, etc., hereinafter "the Mall") operated by the Company.
Article 1 (Definitions)
- "Mall" refers to the virtual business location set up by the Company using information and communication facilities to provide goods or services (hereinafter "Goods") to users.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Mall and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a person who has registered with the Mall and may continuously use the Services.
- "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Services without registering as a member.
Article 2 (Display and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company displays its company name, representative, business registration number, mail-order business registration number, privacy officer, and contact information on the Mall's main page.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws.
- When the Terms are amended, the effective date and reasons for the change will be announced 7 days before the effective date. Changes unfavorable to users will be announced with a grace period of at least 30 days.
- Amended Terms apply to contracts concluded after the effective date.
Article 3 (Provision of Services)
The Company performs the following operations:
- Providing information about Goods
- Concluding purchase contracts
- Delivery of Goods
- Other operations determined by the Company
The Company may change the content of services due to product unavailability, brand policy changes, technical specification changes, supplier circumstances, etc.
Article 4 (Suspension of Services)
- Service provision may be temporarily suspended in cases of system maintenance, server failures, communication disruptions, or force majeure events.
- The Company is not liable for such suspensions unless caused by intentional or gross negligence.
Article 5 (Membership Registration and Eligibility)
Membership registration is initiated after agreeing to these Terms.
The Company may refuse membership in the following cases:
- Submission of false information
- Identity theft
- Creation of multiple accounts for resale purposes
- Conduct that significantly disrupts the Company's operations
The Company may restrict membership or cancel orders if abnormal purchase patterns, bulk purchases, repeated abuse of returns, or purchases for resale purposes are identified.
Article 6 (Formation of Purchase Contracts)
A contract is formed at the time the Company's acceptance reaches the user.
The Company may refuse or cancel acceptance in the following cases:
- Out of stock
- Pricing errors
- System errors
- Purchases identified as being for resale purposes
Article 7 (Payment Methods)
Payment may be made using the following available methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/Debit card
- Direct deposit
- Electronic payment methods
- Points recognized by the Company
The Company does not charge separate fees based on payment methods.
Article 8 (Supply and Delivery of Goods)
- For in-stock items, shipment is in principle made within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
- For overseas imported items, pre-order items, made-to-order items, and brand direct-shipped items, delivery times may vary and will be noted on the relevant page.
- Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, customs delays, logistics provider circumstances, or other force majeure events.
Article 9 (Withdrawal of Subscription, Exchange and Return)
Users may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Withdrawal is restricted in the following cases:
- Limited edition items
- Made-to-order items
- Pre-disclosed overseas purchasing agency items
- Hygiene-related items
- Items with removed tags or signs of use
For returns due to simple change of mind, the user is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Color differences, fine scratches, sewing tolerances, and other variations within manufacturing process tolerances are not considered defects.
Color differences due to monitor environments are not grounds for return.
Article 10 (Refunds)
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after return approval.
- For card payments, refunds follow the card company's policy.
Article 11 (Points Policy)
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points may expire according to Company policy.
- If the Company terminates services, points are not subject to cash payment.
Article 12 (Privacy Protection)
The Company collects minimum personal information in accordance with applicable laws and follows the Privacy Policy.
Article 13 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights to all content within the Mall belong to the Company.
Users may not use them commercially without the Company's prior consent.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable for damages arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, communication failures, or brand policy changes.
- The Company does not guarantee the actions of linked sites.
Article 15 (Customer Inquiries)

Article 16 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- E-commerce disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
- Disputes related to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- The competent court follows the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect on February 27, 2026.
